This year, we gather in a new venue: HOME.
This is an incredible opportunity to transform our experience in our domestic environment. We'll have practice periods interspersed with 'working meditation' periods interspersed with conscious meal breaks interspersed with 'real life'. While you may not have the beautiful vistas of a retreat center as a backdrop for your practice, you will get to transform your 'vista' on your whole life.
Retreating from home will give you the opportunity to transform your reality from within. Doing this work IN PLACE, without the support of a beautiful retreat center or a monastic environment is actually a profound opportunity, and one that few ever take.
We will come together as sangha, drop into our practices, share (if we wish) what is on our minds and hearts, and healing energy for our contemplative practices.
In the presence of timeless dharma wisdom, a sangha to share the path, and your own awakened nature, you will lift yourself out of habit and touch the preciousness of life.
This weekend offers you space to breathe deeply and recommit to all you hold dear.
Anyone interested in opening up their eyes to the preciousness of human life.
Seekers & yogis who want to integrate dharma teachings into daily experience.
Healers, Therapists, and Caregivers who want to find a way to support themselves as they support others.
People who are ready to shift the way they deal with anxiety and fear AND people who like their practice and spiritual work to be light, playful, and fun. Both will happen!
Anyone who wants a reliable way back to grace on the days when one's capacity to handle the chaos of world feels very limited.
Kelly's background in Zen and non-dual Shaiva Tantra gives her a way to support people in attending to this challenging moment in our history without being convinced that it is a problem.
We will explore how this 'crisis', like everything, is simply what is, and how we can be with it as another opportunity to turn one's face to the light. We will ask, over and over again, what is really true. This is the question that carries us back to the freedom of the deepest Self. Coming into a deeper relationship with this new reality has a way of instilling a sense of curiosity
This retreat offers a non-dual approach: By including the vexations of life in your practices, along with life's pleasures, you will build your capacity for intimacy with the wholeness of life. This, unlike other approaches, allows us to see clearly and cherish all that comes to us.
You will enter into a beautiful space of meditative inquiry and explore your own inner growth during this retreat, landing in the wholeness of spiritual practice in a way that deeply settles anxieties.
